SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy explains how FORGEBRIX ("we," "us," or "our") handles order processing, production lead times, fulfillment, dispatch, delivery, shipping destinations, and shipping-related issues for orders placed on forgebrix.com.

By placing an order, you agree to this Shipping Policy together with our Terms and Conditions, Refund Policy, and any other policies referenced on our website.

This Shipping Policy applies to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in this Policy limits, excludes, or affects any mandatory rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited or excluded under the law applicable to the customer.

1. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We ship to selected countries and regions worldwide, subject to shipping availability, legal restrictions, customs requirements, sanctions compliance, product restrictions, carrier limitations, and operational feasibility.

We reserve the right, at any time and in our sole discretion, to refuse, restrict, hold, or cancel any order where a destination is unsupported, restricted by law, commercially impractical, high-risk, affected by customs or import restrictions, or otherwise unsuitable for shipment.

2. PRODUCTION, FULFILLMENT, AND DISPATCH
Many of our products are made to order, produced in batches, or fulfilled on a pre-order basis. As a result, processing, production, and dispatch may require additional time before shipment.

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, estimated fulfillment before dispatch is generally 5–12 business days  from order confirmation. Any such timeframe is an estimate only and not a guarantee.

Orders are processed only after successful payment authorization and receipt of all required customer information.

We may delay processing, verification, fulfillment, or dispatch where reasonably necessary due to payment issues, incomplete customer information, suspected fraud, address verification issues, legal restrictions, product availability, production delays, or import/export concerns.

3. SHIPPING, DISPATCH, AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Any processing, production, shipping, dispatch, or delivery time shown on the website, product page, checkout, email, or other communication is an estimate only unless we expressly state otherwise in writing.

Estimated timelines may be affected by:
- production volume,
- batch scheduling,
- product availability,
- destination country or region,
- customs processing,
- import/export controls,
- carrier capacity,
- weather events,
- local disruptions,
- peak shopping periods, and
- other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We do not guarantee delivery by any specific date or deadline unless expressly agreed in writing.

4. SHIPPING CARRIERS
Once an order is dispatched, transportation is handled by third-party shipping carriers and logistics providers.

Carrier scanning delays, customs holds, routing issues, final-mile disruptions, delivery backlogs, and local transport interruptions may affect delivery timing.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for carrier-caused delays after dispatch. However, nothing in this Policy excludes any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

5. TITLE AND RISK
Title to the goods remains with us until full payment has been received, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Risk of loss or damage passes in accordance with applicable mandatory law.
Where no mandatory law requires otherwise, risk passes when the goods are delivered to the delivery address or recipient specified by the customer.

If the customer independently appoints a carrier not offered by us, and applicable law so provides, risk may pass upon delivery to that carrier.

6. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, TAXES, AND IMPORT CHARGES
For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, sales taxes, brokerage fees, clearance charges, tariffs, handling fees, and similar charges may apply depending on the destination and local laws.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the customer is solely responsible for any such charges imposed by customs authorities, shipping carriers, local tax authorities, or other government agencies in the destination country.

We are not responsible for customs delays, inspections, holds, refusals, seizures, import restrictions, export restrictions, or other actions taken by customs authorities, regulators, or local agencies, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the ordered products may be lawfully imported, received, possessed, and used in the destination country or region.

7. SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges are shown at checkout unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change shipping prices, methods, and carrier options at any time before an order is placed.

8. CUSTOMER ADDRESS RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are solely responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address at checkout.

If you discover an address error, contact us immediately at help@forgebrix.com. If the order has not yet entered fulfillment, we may be able to update the address. Once production, processing, or dispatch has begun, changes may not be possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for delays, delivery failure, additional charges, losses, or customs problems resulting from an incorrect, incomplete, undeliverable, or outdated address provided by the customer.

9. DISPATCH DELAYS
If we cannot dispatch an order within a timeframe expressly stated on the product page or at checkout, we may notify the customer by email.

Where required by applicable law, the customer may be offered the option to:
(a) consent to the delay; or
(b) cancel the unshipped portion of the order for a refund.

For orders subject to United States law, any stated shipping or dispatch timeframe is made only where we have a reasonable basis for that estimate, and delayed shipment notices or refund rights may apply where required by law.

10. LOST, DELAYED, OR MISSING PARCELS
If a parcel appears to be lost, missing, or significantly delayed, the customer must contact us promptly at help@forgebrix.com.

We may require a reasonable investigation period with the carrier, shipping insurer, or fulfillment provider before a replacement, refund, or other resolution is considered.

A parcel shall not be treated as lost while it remains subject to normal carrier investigation timelines, tracking delay, customs review, or other transit irregularities reasonably capable of resolution.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for delays in transit after dispatch that are outside our reasonable control. Nothing in this section limits any mandatory rights that apply where goods are not delivered.

11. DELIVERED PARCELS / THEFT AFTER DELIVERY
If tracking shows that the parcel was delivered to the address or location provided by the customer, or to a recipient, safe place, parcel locker, or neighbor authorized by the customer or permitted by the applicable delivery service settings, we may treat the shipment as delivered, subject always to applicable mandatory law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for theft, loss, or damage occurring after lawful delivery has taken place.

If the customer believes a delivery scan is incorrect or fraudulent, the customer must notify us promptly and cooperate with any carrier or fraud investigation.

12. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT SHIPMENTS
Customers should inspect their order promptly upon delivery.

If an item arrives visibly damaged, defective, materially not as described, or the wrong item was delivered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible, and preferably within 7 days of delivery, at help@forgebrix.com.

Please include:
- your order number,
- a description of the issue,
- photographs of the product,
- photographs of the packaging,
- photographs of the shipping label, and
- any visible shipping damage.

This request is intended to help us investigate shipping and fulfillment issues promptly and does not reduce any mandatory statutory rights that may apply.

Where a claim is valid, and to the extent required by applicable law or approved by us, we may offer repair, replacement, reshipment, refund, store credit, or another appropriate remedy.

13. REFUSED, RETURNED, UNCLAIMED, OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, abandoned, returned as undeliverable, or cannot be delivered because of:
- customer error,
- incorrect or incomplete address details,
- failed delivery attempts,
- refusal to accept the parcel,
- refusal to pay customs duties, taxes, or import charges, or
- failure to collect the parcel from a pickup point or customs office,

we may deduct our direct shipping, return shipping, customs, brokerage, handling, storage, payment processing, and other direct costs from any refund, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

If the item is abandoned, destroyed, seized, not returned to us, or otherwise irretrievable, no refund may be available except where applicable law requires otherwise.

14. SPLIT SHIPMENTS
We reserve the right to ship orders in separate packages or at different times for operational, production, customs, inventory, packaging, or carrier reasons.

15. NO GUARANTEED SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS
We do not guarantee the continuous availability of any particular shipping method, shipping carrier, customs route, or delivery service level.

We may substitute shipping methods, carriers, or logistics routes where reasonably necessary.

16. FORCE MAJEURE
We are not liable for any delay, interruption, non-delivery, or shipping failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, pandemics, labor disputes, supply shortages, cyber incidents, customs actions, governmental restrictions, sanctions, weather disruptions, or carrier failures, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
